Shipping & Returns

Our Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Right after you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

All our pieces are printed on demand in order to ensure quality and to minimize waste. Please allow for 2-4 business days before your order is ready to be shipped.

Once your order is complete and ready to ship we will notify you via email and will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that once your order is processed, we cannot change or cancel your order, nor reroute it to a new address. Upon receiving your shipping confirmation and tracking number It will take approximately 4-7 business days to get to you.

USA

For orders shipping to the USA, we do not offer free shipping. Additional shipping and/or handling fees may apply. Please contact support@nextart.com or call us at 1-866-777 0ART (or 1-866-777 0278)

Damages

We require damaged items to be reported within 7 days upon receiving the art. Kindly send us images of the damaged items, including the packaging, packing materials, and the damaged parts of the art. Please note however, we cannot guarantee that the image will be the exact colours that you see on your monitor or mobile device; this is due to the fact that we cannot control the calibration of your device’s screen and at times the colours may be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

We require damaged items to be reported within 48 hours upon receiving the art.

Kindly send us images of damaged items, including the:

  • Packaging
  • Packing materials
  • Damaged parts of the art.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the art you selected and would like to return it we will accept it back. Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • You must notify our support team before returning the item. You can contact us at support@nextart.com or at 1-866-777 0ART (or 1-866-777 0278);
  • You must include the “Return Merchandise Form” (RMF) when returning your package. The support team will email you the (RMF);
  • You have a full 30 days from date of delivery to return your purchase;
  • The purchase must be returned in the same packaging as it was sent in;
  • Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Bulk item orders (10+ items) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

We will process all approved refunds within 1-2 business days of receipt of the returned item. We will refund to the same account of the purchase for the full amount of the original purchase (minus shipping fees + restocking fee if applicable). You should receive the refund 5-7 business days after processing.
